Amazon.com Review Designed for the highly versatile outdoor chef, the Brinkmann All-in-One cooker delivers five distinct uses in one minimally bulky unit. By removing or rearranging the All-in-One's separate components, you can fry, grill, or smoke with gas, or grill or smoke with charcoal. Constructed with an all-welded frame, the unit features a raised rim for extra stability and sturdy U-shaped legs. Switching between cooking methods is simple and straightforward. For gas frying, the cooker uses the standalone base with a flat pan, a stable enough construction to hold the large pots used to cook turkeys and lobster. For gas grilling, it features a vented, aluminized base pan that holds the included lava rocks securely above the LP gas burner. Replace the lava rocks with charcoal, and voila, you now have a charcoal grill. In its charcoal grill configuration, the All-in-One can be removed from its standing legs for camping, tailgate parties, or picnics. As a smoker, powered by charcoal or by gas, the cooker uses two racks to hold up to 50 pounds of food and a water/marinade pan to generate steam. An integral part of the All-in-One's versatility, the dome lid fits every configuration and includes a simple heat indicator to cut down on guesswork. Its rounded shape also forces the circulation of heat, smoke, and steam, so food cooks evenly without the necessity of basting or turning. Both the chrome-plated steel grills and the porcelain enamel water pan on this model clean up easily, and the wooden handles stay cool. Brinkmann aluminizes the base pan to prevent rusting and equips the hose with an adjustable regulator for precise flame control. The unit also includes a rust-resistant drip pan to catch ash, embers, and grease. Assembly is required. --Emily Bedard

For Serious Smokers Only September 1, 2010 Thomas W. Hill (Fairfax, Virginia) Am on my second unit, BIG fan for over 15 years. Makes pulled pork (10 hour smoked Boston Butt) that brings tears to people's eyes, and have won cooking competitions with short smoked salmon (brined, rubbed, smoked for 45 minutes) that comes out incredibly flavorful. I use a probe thermometer to monitor interior temp which keeps very constant. Adding wood chips is a bit clumsy at first (lifting the whole stack) but once you get the groove going, not a big deal. Have done 10 pounds salmon or 25 pounds pork in one session, so this is a crowd pleaser as well. Some parts will have to replaced (e.g. stone pumice pan)but holds up very well for price.

I already owned one of these grills was out of date. I do alot of outdoor cooking and have a lot of fish frys. I know the performance and value of one of these grills. They are fantastic. Food always good and juicy. They smoke as well as grill which suits both my needs. Would never buyBrinkmann 810-5100-0 All-in-One Outdoor Cooker, Stainless Steel anything but a Brinkmann.
Great unit for the money! December 15, 2009 James Maclachlan (St Peters, MO United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I really like this little unit for the fact that I can use either charcoal or gas for grilling or smoking. For grilling chores I too like to use charcoal and use the gas for frying and smoking! I use it for smoking more than anything else and it is a great little smoker. As with so many units out there, the thermometer is only good for plugging the whole in the lid. Buy a good digital and then keeping this thing on track is simple! For the money you can't go wrong with this unit!
One Way To Smoke December 12, 2009 Susan Hochmayr (Winter, WI) 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is great for us who can not use charcoal where they live. The only thing missing is the charcoal taste, but works well for smoking and grilling.
Horrible Delivery NO PRODUCT! November 25, 2009 J. Rase (Minnesota USA) 0 out of 9 found this review helpful
I was waiting in anticipation for this product and it was delayed-- more than a WEEK when it was initially suppose to be here. It was lost somewhere via Pilot Air. Bad, bad, bad. I can't give a compete review of the product since it was never received and marked as Delivered on my online tracker, but no package?? Won't order any large items on Amazon in the future!
